Is Your Box Square? is a self-assessment that measures the balance of your life across four sides — Body, Mind, Soul, and Social. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Your answers. Your responses to the assessment questions are saved in your own browser (localStorage) so you can pause and resume. They stay on your device.
- Your name and email. When you finish the assessment, we ask for your first name and email address so we can show and send you your results.
- Your results. Alongside your name and email we store your headline scores — Squareness, Box Size, your four side scores, your shortest side, and (if you took a deeper assessment) your top motivation drivers and learning style — so any results email we send you can be personalized.
- Your consent choice. Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive your results, balance tips, and updates about the book Is Your Box Square?
What we don't collect
- No passwords, no accounts, no payment information.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no social-media pixels.
- We do not use cookies for tracking.
How we use your information
- To show you your results and, if you consented, email them to you.
- If you consented, to occasionally send balance tips and news about the book Is Your Box Square? You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- In aggregate, anonymized form (never tied to your name or email) to improve the assessment — for example, checking that questions are working as intended.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Full stop.
- We never share your name, email, or individual results with third parties for their marketing.
- We never post or publish your results.
Where your information lives
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the details you submit are stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your question-by-question answers stay in your own browser; you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data for isyourboxsquare.com.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. If you'd like your name, email, and results deleted from our records entirely, email us at hello@isyourboxsquare.com and we'll remove them promptly.
Not medical or psychological advice
The assessment is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic instrument. It is not a substitute for advice from a physician, therapist, or other qualified professional.
Children
This assessment is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted in any email updates you've opted into.
